The Galley Patio & Grill is located at Jericho Beach and is Vancouver’s casual restaurant destination for fresh, organic, and delicious beach fare. This cafeteria-style grill is a longtanding, popular beach dining location. Overlooking the English Bay, guests can enjoy views of the skyline of downtown Vancouver backed by the North Shore Mountains, Stanley Park, North and West Vancouver, Point Atkinson, Bowen Island, the Sunshine Coast, and Vancouver Island in the distance. The menu includes burgers, sandwiches, beach food, and a selection of craft beers.

2. The Beachhouse Restaurant & Lounge

The Beachhouse Restaurant & Lounge is a North Shore landmark located at the end of West Vancouver’s Dundarave Pier. The Beachhouse has a heated outdoor beachside patio as well as a sophisticated indoor dining room with views of Burrard Inlet. The setting, looking back toward Lions Gate Bridge and out over Dundarave Pier, makes for a romantic spot to watch the sunset over the water and the mountains in the distance. The restaurant offers seasonal and sustainable menus using only the freshest ingredients to create their acclaimed west coast cuisine.

3. Brock House Restaurant

Brock House Restaurant is located in a 100-year-old heritage house on Jericho Beach. With its romantic setting, Brock House is a popular spot for weddings. The restaurant offers dining with breathtaking views of the English Bay, the North Shore Mountains, and downtown Vancouver. Their dinner menu offers selections of steaks, chicken, and seafood, and their brunch menu offers crêpes and omelettes with brunch cocktails.

4. The Boathouse Restaurant on Kits Beach

The Boathouse Restaurant, located on Kitsilano Beach, is one of three Vancouver locations. The restaurant originated in Vancouver in 1981 and is a definitive West Coast waterfront restaurant serving fresh, hand-selected seafood and quality steaks of certified Angus beef. The Boathouse on Kits Beach offers a heated covered deck as well as indoor dining and bar overlooking Vancouver’s most popular beach with views across English Bay.

5. Beach Bay Cafe and Patio

Beach Bay Cafe and Patio is located a couple of short blocks away from English Bay Beach and offers beach and ocean views from the comfort of the restaurant’s indoor dining area or heated outdoor patio. The contemporary bar is perfect for enjoying a creative cocktail while watching the sunset over the beach. Beach Bay’s menu offers traditional West Coast favorites and innovative dishes made with only sustainable, ocean-friendly seafood and fresh, high-quality ingredients.
