Ubud is the perfect place to try some excellent raw vegan food. The tropical climate gifts the island with the juiciest fruits and freshest vegetables, ideal ingredients for healthy and unique dishes. Following a raw-food diet consists of eating food in its natural state, neither cooked nor adulterated. Some restaurants also offer raw food and raw cooking classes, which are an awesome opportunity to learn alternative ways of cooking and eating.
