1. Tacos de Lyon

Tacos de Lyon is a new concept that arrived in Morocco only a couple of years ago. Originally from France, these tacos are absolutely not like the regular Mexican ones: they consist of a pitta bread stuffed with anything you want, such as chicken nuggets or chips. Here, you can enjoy a full meal with chips on the side and a drink for only 42 MAD (£3.30).

2. Moumni

Moumni is a Moroccan fast-food restaurant that serves all types of dishes. Here, you will be able to satisfy every palate at a fair price, with pizzas, sandwiches, pasta and even barbecue dishes for as little as 25 MAD (£2). You will be able to find these small restaurants in every neighbourhood you visit in Casablanca, so they are very accessible, and they will even deliver to your home.

3. Chawarma Cham

This place makes some of the best shawarmas in Casablanca. It was opened more than a decade ago by a couple of Syrians who wanted to introduce their culture to Morocco, and since then, everyone knows Cham.
