Could there be a better way to complement sunny beach days than with a luxurious spa treatment? Luckily, the coastal Morocco coastal city of Agadir not only boasts splendid golden sands but it’s home to many blissful spas too. As a note, there’s often an overlap between spas and hammams, with many spas offering hammam steam baths as well as other services; conversely, few dedicated hammams offer anything other than a basic massage. Here are some of the best places to treat yourself to some pampering and TLC in Agadir.

1. Argan Phyto House

A top place for a blissful massage in chic surroundings, Argan Phyto House appeals to a range of senses as soon as you step inside. Modern and at the same time incorporating traditional experience and wisdom, the spa has several massage rooms to cater to clients’ needs. Most massages, such as the back massage, shiatsu massage, and reflexology, last for an hour, but you can experience bliss for longer with a two-hour relaxing or toning massage. Combine your massage with a traditional hammam for a taste of Moroccan wellness. Several other therapies are also available and you can buy argan oils and creams to take away with you.

2. Natea Les Massages d'Agadir

Spa

Natea Les Massages d’Agadir is a soothing and tranquil spa. The massage menu is extensive, with a relaxing massage, lymphatic drainage massage, specialised back massage, foot massage, and shiatsu among the diverse options. Different facial therapies, for both men and women, are available, along with therapies for the body such as firming treatments and relief for aching legs. Other possibilities include manicures and pedicures, waxing, and a traditional hamman with a body scrub.

Other treatments include a variety of face masks and body wraps, hair removal, and different types of massages.
