Sitting to the far end of Otres beach, Pappa Pippo doubles up as as a guesthouse and restaurant/bar. As a stalwart on the Otres strip, it gets busy in the evenings, building a reputation as the top pizza spot, serving it until 2:30 a.m. Whether it’s day or night, this place offers a chilled-out atmosphere right on the beach, so it’s great for sunset cocktails.

2. The Secret Garden

Nestled at the secluded end of Otres Beach, The Secret Garden is a sumptuous getaway that boasts accommodation as well as drinking and dining options on the beach. The stylish spot also has a swimming pool for those wanting to avoid the creatures of the sea. Cocktails, draft beers and other drinks are available beach- or pool-side, with happy hour running from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily.

3. Mushroom Point
