Tommy’s 3 is run by a Vietnamese-Australian couple with a love of motorcycles. Despite being the base of Vung Tau’s Ulysses Motorcycle Club, this cafe attracts a diverse crowd of expats of all ages and interests. The venue is home to a cosy library and picturesque outdoor patio – perfect for some down time alone or with friends, while enjoying some great coffee. Bistro 9 (also goes by Nine Cafe) has a breakfast menu to die for. Fresh bread (made in-house), the fluffiest of omelettes, delicious layered sandwiches, Vietnamese phin-filtered coffee, and even a sweet trolley with desserts are bound to leave you happy for the rest of the day. Try the bruschetta Morocco, which has received rave reviews.
