1. Kahvila Kaneli

2. Ramin Konditoria Kahvila Kuopio

3. Trube Cafe

7. Muumi Pannari Kahvila

One of the most unique and adorable cafes in Kuopio, the Moomin cafeteria in the Carlson department store serves coffee, tea, ice cream and pancakes themed on Finland’s favourite children’s series. The pancakes, based on the ones frequently served in the series by Moominmamma, make for a delicious brunch or snack and pair perfectly with coffee.

8. Panorama Bar & Cafe

You’ll have to take the ski lift to reach this cafe at the top of a slope of the Tahko ski resort, but the views will be more than worth it. The Panorama Café is a classic Finnish log cabin building containing a bar, restaurant and coffeehouse with some of the best views of the Kuopio countryside, which are especially beautiful in the winter. It is an especially perfect place to rest during a day of skiing and take in the beauty of Finnish nature.
