Towson contains a majestic mall, Towson Town Center, that has five floors and contains a variety of specialty luxury stores, such as Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co. Owings Mills, Maryland, is another county in Baltimore that is bustling with activity; there have been many improvements in the area over the years.
