4. Imagine Vegan Cafe

Family owned and operated, Imagine Vegan Cafe prides itself on compassionate eating. Maintaining an eco-friendly atmosphere is also important. The restaurant uses compost bins, biodegradable to-go containers and mismatched ditches in order to achieve a greener dining experience. While items on the menu might refer to ingredients like cheese, chicken or steak, vegan substitutes are used, never animal products or by-products. In order to promote a family-friendly environment, the restaurant offers a full kids’ menu, a play area and crayons and coloring books for children to enjoy while dining.

5. City Silo Table + Pantry

At City Silo Table + Pantry, the goal is to create an inclusive dining experience that provides options for customers with different tastes and dietary needs.
