Dixie Chicken

Dixie Chicken is located in College Station’s Northgate district next to Texas A&M University. It is very popular with students, who have been enjoying its tasty chicken, burgers and refreshing, cold beer for generations. Featuring a saloon-style interior, complete with country music in the background, guests can relax with a plate of mouth-watering chicken fried steak, double-meat hamburger or chicken fajita tacos.

Hullabaloo Diner

Hullabaloo Diner is a 1940s New York-style diner opened in 2005. Plenty of wholesome, home-style dishes such as meatloaf and pot roast are served alongside burgers and its popular Train Wreck Fries (topped with blue-cheese crumbles, bacon, cheddar cheese and green onions), while its comfy, retro booths make the perfect spot in which to feast on its tasty diner food.

From its humble beginnings as a small fast-food restaurant opened in 1994, Layne’s has grown into one of College Station’s favorite restaurants. With its famous chicken fingers and secret-recipe sauce drawing in guests again and again, its a must visit location. Inside, Layne’s is simple with checkered floors and booths giving the restaurant a relaxed, retro vibe.

Koppe Bridge

Head down to Koppe Bridge and treat your taste buds to one of the restaurant’s award winning burgers. Christopher’s World Grille

Christopher’s World Grille is the realization of the lifelong dream of a well-traveled chef who has sailed the globe cooking on private yachts, and opened the elegant restaurant in 1999 in a renovated 100-year-old ranch house in neighboring Bryan. Christopher’s World Grille features a number of dining rooms, each with their own distinctive style, while its eclectic menu offers international food, expertly prepared.

Fuego Tortilla Grill

For mouth-watering Mexican food, local diners head straight to Fuego Tortilla Grill; a vibrant and fun restaurant with three branches across Texas, including its original location in College Station which is open 24 hours a day. Try the carnitas; pork, slow-simmered in a tangy mix of citrus, garlic, orange juice and a dash of Coca Cola.

Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen

C&J Barbecue

With three locations in the College Station-Bryan metropolitan area, C&J Barbecue is undoubtedly one of the region’s most popular and successful barbecue joints.
