Bookstores help us remember the world before the technology takeover and remind us that it’s both comforting and beneficial to pick up and read a book from time to time. Here are the best bookstores in Austin for finding a paperback treasure.

Malvern Books

Malvern Books is a small independent bookstore selling lesser-known authors that they feel deserve to be read. They hold poetry, novels, non-fiction, and other literary pieces you won’t find anywhere else. They also host frequent poetry readings and performances by various Austin musicians.
